Meet Michael and Zosha
Hi, we are Michael and Zosha and we are beyond thrilled that you found us!
They say opposites attract. there may be some truth to this theory, but we both believe that when souls are perfectly aligned, magical things happen. One of the myriad of similarities that we share is that we are no strangers to adversity. The paths that led us to our beautiful life together instilled us both with humility and a deep desire to leave a footprint on this miraculous blip in time.
We share, not only a deep love and unwavering friendship, but also a burning passion for unlocking the recipe for total wellness and being a guiding light for anyone who is ready to feel amazing and transform their lives.
When we merged 50 years of combined education in healthcare, body work, personal training, yoga, pain management, mental wellness, nutrition, meditation, neurolinguistic programming and coaching fields , what was born was an integrative blend of mind-body-spirit therapies and modalities that yield transformational results.

About Michael
My journey through the wellness realm began about 30 years ago as a Personal Trainer at Gurney’s Inn in Montauk, NY. After spending my early years reaping the benefits of a healthy fitness lifestyle, I began to realize that my true calling was to both help & educate others towards the maintenance & sustenance of their mental & physical wellbeing.
It was while working as a Trainer at Equinox Fitness Clubs, and as a Pain Management Technician at TrueWholeCare in NYC that I started to put all the pieces together. It was at these venues that I began to better understand the complicated dynamics of physical activity, injury prevention & pain/stress management.
My drive to delve deeper into healing modalities brought me to the Swedish Institute where I completed my massage therapy training in 1991. Over the years I have cultivated a transcendent bodywork method that incorporates Various hands-on techniques such as soft tissue therapy, deep tissue and trigger point work, myofascial release, Swedish and sports massage and light traction.
My diverse experience and intuitive ability to tailor my treatments to the unique needs and concerns of each client and my compassionate and easy going nature has given me the ability to provide a unique bodywork experience that offers effective and long-lasting results.
About Zosha
My introduction to yoga 24 years ago, and the completion of my 200 hour yoga teacher training 2 years later, initiated a cataclysmic shift in my complete state of being. The fear, uneasiness, cynicism and anger that held me captive, almost all at once, crumbled away and left behind a softness, a trust in the world around me and my own strength and resiliency. It instilled a deep passion for self discovery, personal growth and knowledge.
A few months after becoming a 200 hour registered Ashtanga/ Vinyasa yoga teacher, I was accepted into an RN program and graduated in 2007. Over the years, I worked in Med Surg, endoscopy/GI, oncology/hospice, ICU/ER, orthopedic surgery and pain management, while also teaching yoga.
I felt a strong calling toward a healing modality where I could guide and empower people to take control of their own health, self care and happiness, and that is where my coaching journey began. My focus was originally on the mental, emotional and environmental aspect of healing, and my first coaching certification was in neurolinguistic Programming. My passion brought me to further my coaching education and I gained coaching certifications in Gestalt, Cognitive behavioral therapy, meditation and mindfulness, and Neuroplasticity.
I realized that I needed something to bridge the gap between mind, spirit and the body so I inadvertently stumbled upon a Functional Nutrition coaching certification that seemed like it would be a nice addition to my coaching modalities. Never did I think that it was the link missing that would shine a light upon the path that every experience, every choice that I had ever made led me to and illuminate the way to my ultimate calling.
I always experienced a duality within my positions. I wholeheartedly believed in the naturopathic lifestyle that intrinsically falls into place with a regular yoga practice, but I also believed that allopathic medicine is very much necessary. My introduction to Functional Medicine took the nursing career that I loved, and yoga and its incredible healing benefits and wrapped them together with a shiny bow. I furthered my education in this field my completing an in depth Functional medicine for nurses coaching certification.
My path is proof that things do not happen by chance and when you are wide awake and present in the world, opportunities present themselves in plain sight. It is up to you to believe that you are worthy of the blessings and gifts this life will offer you when you are ready to receive. We all have within us the ability to heal and thrive naturally, to live life to the greatest expression of our true selves and to have, whatever it is, that our heart and soul desires.
